Proclamation No. 379

RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF HUNGDUAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Hungduan, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipal district of Hungduan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-307, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-307, S. 58° 01′ E. 17.48 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Hungduan, thence N. 42° 03′ E. 55.55 m. to point 2; S. 31° 28′ E. 78.54 m. to point 3; S. 42° 25′ W. 24.15 m„ to point 4; S. 65° 57′ W. 7.56 m. to point 5; N. 49° 42′ W. 72.14 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3,245 square meters.

Points 4 and 5, B. L. marked on boulders; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Aliguyon (Balaoen); on the southeast, by property of the municipal district of Hungduan (school site) and trail; on the southwest, by trail; and on the northwest, by property of Aliguyon (Ifugao).

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 45′ E. Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-307.
