Proclamation No. 374
RESERVING FOR AIRPLANE LANDING PURPOSES EIGHT PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF BUTUAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for airplane landing purposes, under the administration of the Director of the Bureau of Aeronautics, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Butuan, Province of Agusan, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14181, to wit:
Lot No. 294.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14181, S. 79° 31′ W. 309.11 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Butuan, thence S. 4° 23′ W. 568.88 m. to point 2; N. 85° 01′ W. 35.00 m. to point 3; N. 4° 23′ E. 568.89 m. to point 4; S. 85° 01′ E. 35.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 19,911 square meters.
Point 2, old monument; and the rest are old B. L. concrete monuments.
Bounded on the north by provincial road; on the east, by lot No. 562; on the south, by lot No. 300; and on the west, by lots Nos. 414-B and 448-A.
