Proclamation No. 362

RESERVING FOR CONSTABULARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KOLAMBUGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and Reserve for Constabulary purposes, lender the administration of the Philippine Constabulary, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Kolambugan, municipality of Kolambugan Province of Lanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-401, to wit:

Beginning, at a point marked 1 on Bureau of lands plan Ir-401, N. 57° 48’ E. 1,007.35 m., more or less, from corner 8, Pc-1149, thence S. 50° 30’ E. 15.54 m. to point 2; S. 10° 45’ E. 51.11 m. to point 3; N. 65° 33’ W. 213.85 m. to point 4; N. 43° 55; W. 109.90 m. to point 5; N. 14° 26’ E. 93.40 m. to point 6; N. 88° 21’ E. 127.20 m. to point 8; S. 52° 11’ E. 71.88 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3.2684 hectares.

Points 1 and 7, old B. L. Concrete monuments; points 2, 4, 5, and 6, crosses on stones; point 3, B. L. concrete monuments; point 8, old galvanized iron spike in: cross on tree.

Bounded on the north, by Panguil Bay; on the northeast, by lot No. 2; on the east, by public land; and on the southwest, by Kolambugan Creek and Panguil Bay.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 37′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-401.
