MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 353 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MAYAMOT, MUNICIPALITY OF GUIMBA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Mayamot, municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psd-8057, to wit: A parcel of land (lot No. 3509-B of the subdivision plan Psd-8057, being a portion of lot No. 3509 of the cadastral survey of Guimba, G. L. T. O. Record No. 393), situated in the barrio of Mayamot, municipality of Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the northeast, southeast, and northwest, by lot No. 3509-A of the subdivision plan (Alberto Surat); and on the southwest, by lot No. 3482, Santos Ongsiaco et. Al. (Bsd-565, lot No. 1438-A) vs. Manuel Alzate (Si-8398, lot No. 2). Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 6° 29’ E., 94.45 m. from M. B. M. No. 2, Guimba cadastral; thence N. 62° 29’ W., 60.00 m. to point "2;" thence N. 62° 29’ W., 40.00 m. to point "3;" thence N. 27° 31’ E., 99.99 m. to point "4;" thence S. 62° 29’ E. 99.99 m. to point "5;" thence S. 27° 31’ W., 99.99 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of ten thousand (10,000) square meters, more or less. All points referred are indicated on the plan and on the ground points "1," "3," "4," and "5" are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments; point "2," by old monument; bearings true; declination 0° 29’ E.; date of the original survey, November, 1919-February, 1922; and that of the subdivision survey, April 24, 1931.
