RESERVING FOR PLAZA PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three or Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred

and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for plaza purposes, under the administration of the City of Iloilo, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the City of Iloilo, Island of Panay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plans Mr-295 and Swo-15270, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-295, S. 75° 56′ E. 528.89 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Iloilo cadastre, thence N. 44° 31′ W.

122.22 m. to point 2; N. 45° 50′ E. 87.24 m. to point 3; S. 40° 29′ E. 124.52 m. to point 4; S. 47° 17′ W. 78.51 m to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1.0215 hectares.

Bounded on the northeast, southeast and southwest, by road (no name); and on the northwest, by Calle Progreso.

No. 1, municipality of Iloilo, thence N. 62° 47’ E. 72.94 m. to point 2; S. 26° 18′ E. 76.74 m. to point 3; S. 55° 25′ W. 20.47 m. to point 4; S. 55° 25′ W. 43.30 m to point 5; N. 32° 55′ W. 85.35 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 5,519 square meters.

All corners are stakes. Bounded on the northeast by Calle San Vicente; on the southeast, by lots Nos. 1887 and 1355; on the southwest, by Calle Antigua; and on the northwest, by Calle San Marcos.

Containing an area of 0.6940 hectare.
