Proclamation No. 326

RECEIVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF AMPARO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 93,674 SQUARE METERS.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, a parcel of the public domain situated in the barrio of Poblacion, municipal district of Amparo, Province of Agusan, Island of Mindanao, and described in the Bureau of Lands plan Psu-8918, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-8918, S. 10° 05′ E. 9,205.8 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Butuan, thence S. 41° 29′ E. 131.32 m. to point 2; S. 41° 17′ W. 284.17 m. to point 3; N. 55° 39′ W. 282.54 m. to point 4; N. 44° 47′ E. 395.47 m. to point 5; S. 56° 01′ E. 136.98 m. to point 6; S. 48° 31′ W. 77.91 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 93,674 square meters.

Points 1 and 2, P. L. S. B. L. concrete monuments; points 3, 4, and 5, P. L. S. concrete monuments; point 6, hardwood post; points 5 and 6, on bank of Agusan River.

Bounded on the northeast by Agusan River and property claimed by settlement of Amparo (11-7933); on the southeast and southwest, by public land; and on the northwest by public land and property claimed by Lazaro Toralba.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 40′ E.

Points referred to are marked on the Bureau of Lands plan Psu-8918.
