Proclamation No. 96

RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw form sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of San Roque, municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14680, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14680, S. 8 43’ E. 968.50 more or less, from B. B. M. No. 82, Tarlac cadastre, thence S. 39 18’ W. 122.24 m. to point 2; S. 36 28’ W. 1.14 m. to point 3; N. 46 52’ W. 138.85 m. to point 4; N. 21 18’ E. 162.89 m. to point 10; S. 16 18’ W. 177.61 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 47,800 square meters.

Points 1, 3, and 4, old monuments; point 6, B. L. concrete monument; and the rest are P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 1541; on the southeast, by provincial road; on the southwest, by lot No. 1533; and on the northwest, by lots Nos. 1537, 1611, 1539, and 1541.

Bearings true. Declination, 0 16’ E.
