Proclamation No. 87

RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABANATUAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Bangad, Municipality of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-5145, to wit:

Lot No. 3864-A.—A parcel of land (lot No. 3864-A) of the subdivision plan Bsd-5145, being a portion of lot No. 3864 of the cadastral survey of Cabanatuan, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Records Nos. 103 and 79), situated in the barrio of Cabu, municipality of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the NE., by lot No. 3860-A of the subdivision plan; on the SW., by lots Nos. 952-New, 950-New-B-1, and 2855-A of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., by lot No. 3864-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 16ْ 03’ E., 614.48 m. more or less, from B.B.M. No. 16, Cabanatuan cadastre; thence No. 15ْ 12’ W., 38.43 m. to point "2;" thence N. 61ْ 42’ E., 189.34 m. to point "3;" thence S. 24ْ 17’ E., 377.42 m. to point "4;" thence N. 55ْ 09’ W., 379.96 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of forty thousand three hundred thirty-one (40,331) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1" and "4" are marked by old B. L. concrete monuments; and points "2" and "3," by intersections; bearings true; declination, 0ْ 45’ E.: date of the original survey, August-December, 1913, and June, 1914-July, 1915, and that of the subdivision survey, May 25 and 26, 1936.
