Proclamation No. 84

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SANTOR, MUNICIPALITY OF REINA MERCEDES, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Santor, Municipality of Reina Mercedes, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-334, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-334, N. 45ْ 49’ E. 2,111.80 m., more or less, from "E-3," Isabela Estate, thence N. 80ْ 21’ W. 197.07 m. to point 2; N. 14ْ 16’ E. 108.44 m. to point 3; S. 78ْ 05’ E. 189.38 m. to point 4; S. 10ْ 09’ W. 100.62 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 2.0175 hectares.

Points 1 and 2, B. L. concrete monuments; points 3 and 4, P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by barrio road; on the southeast, by public land; on the southwest, by property of Daniel Lorenzo; and on the northwest, by property of Maximiano Padilla.

Bearings true. Declination, 0ْ 04’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-334.
