Proclamation No. 83

RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LALA, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KOLAMBUGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Lala, Municipal District of Kolambugan, Province of Lanao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14436, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14436, S. 22ْ 32’ E. 305.89 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 24, P. L. S. No. 13, thence S. 89 52’ W. 24.82 m. to point 2; N. 89ْ 43’ W. 166.99 to point 3; N. 1ْ 42’ E. 198.63 m. to point 4; S. 88ْ 40’ E. 192.86 m. to point 5; S. 2ْ 01’ W. 194.93 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 37,854 square meters.

Bounded on the north and east, by lot No. 371; on the south, by lot No. 386; and on the east, by lot No. 371; on the south, by lot No. 386; and on the west, by barrio road.

Bearing true. Declination, 1ْ 33’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14436.

Surveyed: September 20, 1931-December23, 1933.

Approved: June 10, 1936.

NOTE.—This is lot No. 923 of P.L.S. No. 13.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cu.
