Proclamation No. 78

RESERVING FOR LANDING PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF MASANTOL, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for landing purposes, under the administration of the municipal council of Masantol, Pampanga, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Masantol, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-366, to with:

Lot No. 2 (market site landing).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-366, S. 39ْ 42’ W. 368.51 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Masantol, thence S. 36ْ 53’ W. 23.39 m. to point 2; N. 89ْ 52’ W. 4.49 m. to point 3; S. 87ْ 43’ W. 4.01 m. to point 4; N. 76ْ 02’ W. 1.99 m. to point 5; N. 87ْ 00’ W. 2.10 m. to point 6; N. 0ْ 04’ W. 29.45 m. to point 7; S. 81ْ 49’ E. 5.40 m. to point 8; S. 78ْ 27’ E. 7.79 m. to point 9; s. 62ْ 36’ E. 8.35 m. to point 10; S. 51ْ 06’ E. 7.98 m. point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 563 square meters.

Points 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, old iron rods.

Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 3; on the southeast, by property of Pedro Quiambao; and on the south and west, by Sapang Maragul.

Bearings true. Declination, 0ْ 50’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-366.

Surveyed: March 13, 1936. Approved: June 20, 1936.

NOTE.—All corners not otherwise described are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.
