Proclamation No. 77

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAPANG-DALAGA, MUNICIPALITY OF BALIANGAO, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MISAMIS, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Sapang-Dalaga, Municipality of Baliangao, Province of Occidental Misamis, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-354, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-354, N. 46ْ 31’ E. 2,347.05 m. more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Tolon, municipality of Dapitan, thence N. 63ْ 02’ W. 100.78 m. to point 2; N. 20ْ 44’ E. 210.46 m. to point 3; S. 57ْ 04’ E. 101.31 m. to point 4; S. 20ْ 24’ W. 200.02 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 2.0431 hectares.

All corners are B.L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast, by property of Jose Centro; on the southeast, by property of Jacinto Burongan vs. The Municipal Government of Baliangao; and on the southwest and northwest, by property of Santiago Burongan vs. Jose Centro.

Bearings true. Declination, 1ْ 30’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-354.
