Proclamation No. 61

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 33, DATED JULY 26, 1904, AND RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES, A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ILAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of sections eighty-one and eighty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended. I hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order Numbered Thirty-three, dated July twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and four, and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, the following described parcel of land, situated in the Municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Swo-8317, to wit:

Lot No. 3.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-8317, S. 6° 42′ W., 813.10 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipality of Ilagan, thence S. 86° 48′ W. 13.62 m. to point 2; N. 60° 54′ W. 59.23 m. to point 3; N. 22° 36′ E. 128.00 m. to point 4; S. 29° 11′ E. 62.50 m. to point 5; N. 68° 15′ E., 29.16 m. to point 6; N. 83° 29′ E. 10.28 m. to point 7; N. 83° 29′ E. 40.06 m. to point 8; S. 20° 41′ W. 20.55 m. to point 9; S. 53° 34′ W., 12.34 m. to point 10; S. 66° 48′ W. 44.24 m. to point 11; S. 34° 14′ W. 30.53 m. to point 12; S. 16° 12′ W. 29.06 m. to point 13; S. 36° 34′ W. 13.85 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 9,445 square meters.

Points 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 are marked by B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north, by property of La Insular, road, and property of the Philippine Constabulary (Barracks) ; on the northeast, by property of La Insular; on the southeast and southwest, by provincial road; and on the northwest, by property of the provincial government of Isabela.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 33′ E.
