Proclamation No. 45

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 33, DATED JULY 24, 1926, WHICH RESERVED FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE THE TWO PARCELS OF LAND DESCRIBED THEREIN.

Upon the recommendation of the Director of the Bureau of non-Christian Tribes and the Director of Public Works, concurred in by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby amend Proclamation Numbered Thirty-three, dated July twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, to read as follows:

"Pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and nineteen, I hereby reserve for market site purposes, subject to private rights if any there be, and withdraw from sale or settlement the following-described parcels of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipal District of Kiangan, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-99, to wit:

"Parcel 5.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-99, S. 49ْ 03’ E. 311.18 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipal district of Kiangan, Mountain Province, thence N. 40ْ 12’ W. 65.80 m. to point 2; N. 54ْ 45’ E. 19.83 m. to point 3; N. 10ْ 31’ E. 18.18 m. to point 4; N. 77ْ 11’ E. 59.14 m. to point 5; S. 20ْ 32’ W. 98.96 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

"Containing an area of 3,432 square meters

"Bounded on the southeast, by provincial road; on the southwest, by provincial road; on the west, by property of Carlos Cadamon; and on the northwest, by lot No. 6.

"Parcel 6.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-99, S. 68ْ 14’ E. 235.74 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipal district of Kiangan, Mountain Province, thence S. 81’ 42ْ E. 57.26 m. to point 2; 20ْ 32’ W. 16.69 m. to point 3; S. 77ْ 11’ W. 59.14 m. to point 4; N. 10ْ 31’ E. 37.58 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1,486 square meters.

Bounded on the northeast, by road; on the east, by provincial road; on the southeast, by lot No. 5; and on the west, by property of Joaquin Cadamon et al., claimed by Carlos Cadamon.

"Bearings true. Declination, 0ْ 10’ E.

"Points referred to are marked by Bureau of Lands plan Pr-99, sheet No. 4.

"Surveyed, August 29, 1924. Approved, December 9, 1925.

NOTE.—All corners are B. L. stone monuments, 15 by 60 cms. Unless otherwise described.

"Lot No. 6, is entirely inside of Bsd-333, lot-B, as surveyed for Joaquin Cadamon et al."
