Proclamation No. 20

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE BARRIO OF TOPDAC, MUNICIPALITY OF ATOK, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Topdac, Municipality of Atok, Mountain Provice, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan PSM-814, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-814, S. 20ْ 52’ E. 4,924.11 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Naguey, municipality of Atok, thence S. 80ْ 22’ E. 63.61 m. to point 2; S. 70ْ 12’E. 181.78 m. to point 3; S. 33ْ 46’ W. 222, 10m. to point 4; N. 62ْ 07’ W.205.24 m. to point 5; N. 23ْ 51’ E. 175.91 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 45,065 square meters.

Point 2, pine tree.

Bounded on the northeast and southeast, by public land; and on the southwest and northwest, by property of Kintos Moltio.

Bearings true. Declination, 0ْ 14’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-814.

Surveyed, February 28, 1934. Approved, July 18, 1934.

NOTE.—All corners not otherwise described are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cms.
