RESERVING FOR AIRPLANE LANDING PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, ISLAND OF MASBATE.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for airplane landing purposes, under the administration of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Masbate, Province of Masbate, Island of Masbate, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pi-501, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Pi-501, which is identical with B. L. L. M. No. 1, thence N. 44˚ 25’ E., 85.02 m. to point 2; N. 47˚ 41’ W., 56.57 m. to point 3; N. 40˚ 56’ E., 24.95 m. to point 4; N. 42˚ 07’ E. 475.72 m. to point 5; S. 12˚ 27’ E., 90.67 m. to point 6; S. 12˚ 57’ E. 298.47 m. to point 7; S. 61˚ 58’ W. 133.36 m. to point 8; S. 20˚ 55’ E. 31.61 m. to point 9; S. 53˚ 27’ W. 119.91 m. to point 10; S. 64˚ 11’ W. 225.28 m. to point 11; N. 6˚ 40’ W. 108.48 m. to point 12; N. 18˚ 49’ W. 38.18 m. to point 13; N. 18˚ 51’ W. 28.27 to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 14.1691 hectares.

Points 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, and 13, P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments; point 5, post marked P. L. S.; point 8, stump; point 9, fence post; point 10, post; point 12, B. L. L. M. No. 2.

Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Francisco Medina and Sotero Medina; on the southeast, by properties of Sotero Medina, H. C. Heath, and Isidro Layola; on the southwest, by road and property of the Roman Catholic Church (cemetery); and on the northwest, by properties of the Roman Catholic Church (cemetery) and the provincial government of Sorsogon.
