Proclamation No. 111

DESIGNATION FORT SAN PEDRO, ILOILO, AS PHILIPPINE ARMY POST

Upon the petition of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, which needs the entire San Pedro Military Reservation in giving military instruction under the National Defense Act to trainees in the Province of Iloilo, and in view of information received that arrangements can be made to transfer the offices of the Bureau of Lands, the Bureau of Forestry, the district engineer, and the provincial treasurer of Iloilo, now in the said Reservation, to some other place, I hereby designate the San Pedro Military Reservation as a Philippine Army Post and declare the whole area and the buildings thereon open for occupancy by the Philippine Army not later than December twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and thirty-six.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this nineteenth day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the second.
