Proclamation No. 108

RESERVING FOR PARK AND GARDEN PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, PHILIPPINES.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for park and garden purposes, under the administration of the City of Zamboanga, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14674, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14674, N. 16ْ 09’ W. 834.26 m. from NE. corner at the Nueva and del Fuerte Streets crossing at Isabela of Basilan, thence S. 8ْ 24’ E. 25.87 m. to point 2; N. 48ْ 17’ E. 196.77 m. to point 3; N. 75ْ 59’ W. 164.50 m. to point 4; N. 11ْ 23’ W. 91.25 m. to point 5; S. 74ْ 08’ W. 106.53 m. to point 6; S. 7ْ 47’ W. 77.49 m. to point 7; S. 61ْ 05’ E. 57.00 m. to point 8; S. 47ْ 47’ E. 56.65 m. to point 9; S. 37ْ 20’ E. 79.36 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 31,210 square meters.

Points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, M. R. U. S. concrete monuments; points 8 and 9, stakes.

Bounded on the northeast, by road and property of Simplicio de Guzman; on the southeast, by public land; on the southwest, by road; and on the west and northwest, by property of Pablo Mirasol.

Bearings true. Declination, 2ْ 54’ E.
