CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY AND REVIEW EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 220 S. 1987 CREATING THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION

In line with the governments policy of strengthening effective delivery of basic services and effective governance, there is hereby created a Committee to review and study Executive Order No. 220 s. 1987, composed of the following:

The Executive Secretary or his authorized representative	–	Chairman
The Secretary of Budget and Management or his authorized representative	–	Member
The Secretary of National Defense or his authorized representative	–	Member
The Chief Presidential Legal Counsel	–	Member
The Presidential Assistant for Northern Luzon	–	Member

The Chief, Cordillera Peoples Liberation Army (CPLA) acting as Chairman and the CEB Executive Director, CRA representative, CBA representative, as members will represent the Cordillera panel in this Committee.

The Review Committee is hereby directed to submit its report and recommendation to the President, through the Office of the Executive Secretary, within one (1) month from the effectivity of this Memorandum.

The Office of the President Proper shall source out funds for this activity.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
