MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 230, September 5, 1994 ] AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF VALUES AND SKILLS ENHANCEMENT TRAINING FOR DRIVERS IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT. Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 223, dated July 27, 1994, the Career and Personnel Development Division of the Personnel Office is hereby authorized to conduct, in coordination with the Department of Transportation and Communications a one-day seminar for drivers in this Office on Saturday, September 17, 1994, at 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P. M. at the Briefing Room, 4th Floor of the Administration Building, to instill in them proper attitudes and behaviour in the dishcarge of their official functions. Ms. Edwina D. Daquiuag, head of the Career and Personnel Development Division is authorized to draw a cash advance of Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00) for snacks and meals and incidental expenses off the Lecturer and his assistants from the DOTC, subject to the availability of Funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements of this Office.1aшphi1 All drivers in this Office are hereby enjoined to attend this training.
