REQUIRING THE IMMEDIATE INVENTORY, CONSOLIDATION AND MICROFILMING OF ALL TITLES OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT

In line with the policy of the government to maximize proper utilization of available immovable properties of the national government, the following departments/agencies of the government are hereby directed to conduct an inventory, supporting documents of immovable properties of the national government whether here or abroad,

1. Dept. of Public Works and the Dept. of Foreign Affairs

2. Land Registration Authority

3. Records Management and Archives Office

4. Land Management Bureau

For this purpose, the above-mentioned offices are hereby authorized to call on any department, bureau, office or agency of the government, including government owned or controlled corporations for such assistance as may be necessary for the accomplishment of the task.1aшphi1

All departments and agencies of the government are hereby enjoined to extend full support and assistance to ensure the success of this project.

Progress report hereon is desired within thirty days from date hereof.
