ENJOINING ALL LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS AND SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TO SUPPORT THE KABATAAN: 2000

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 139, all Governors and Mayors are hereby urged to implement and provide funding thereof the appropriate programs and activities for students and out-of-school youths in their respective localities from April, 1994 onwards to support the KABATAAN: 2000. For this purpose, the participation of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) should be maximized.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
