CREATING A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES AGAINST ANASTACIO M. LIMBO, JR., REGIONAL DIRECTOR (REGION X), AND SANTIAGO CATUBIG, ASSISTANT REGIONAL DIRECTOR (REGION X), DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM

A Committee is hereby created to investigate the administrative charge against Anastacio M. Limbo, Jr., and Santiago Catubig, Department of Agrarian Reform, to be composed of:

The Committee shall have all the powers and prerogatives of an investigating committee under the Administrative Code of 1987 including the power to summon witnesses, administer oath or take testimony or evidence relevant to the investigation by subpoena ad testificandum and subpoena duces tecum.

The Committee is hereby empowered to call upon and secure the assistance of any department, office, agency, or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, in the performance of its duties and discharge of its functions.

The Committee shall convene immediately, conduct the investigation in the most expeditious manner, and terminate the same as soon as practicable from its first scheduled date of hearing.1aшphi1

The Committee shall forthwith submit its report and recommendation to the President within ninety (90) days from the issuance of this Order.
