AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 141, DATED JULY 6, 1993, CREATING A TASK FORCE/FACT-FINDING COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE COMPLAINTS OF THE ALLIANCE OF UNITED ATHLETES OF THE PHILIPPINES

Memorandum Order No. 141, dated July 6, 1993, entitled “CREATING A TASK FORCE/FACT FINDING COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE COMPLAINTS OF THE ALLIANCE OF UNITED ATHLETES OF THE PHILIPPINES,” is hereby amended by inserting, after the last paragraph thereof, the following:

“The Office of the President shall provide the necessary funds for the operations of the Committee, which is hereby authorized to pay the remuneration, honoraria, and/or allowances of all the personnel assigned therein.”

This Order shall take effect immediately.
