[ Memorandum Order No. 143, July 7, 1993 ]

The functions of the Executive Secretary as provided for in Sec. 27, Ch. 9, Title III, Book III of the Administrative Code of 1987 (Executive Order No. 292) are hereby reiterated. Memorandum Order No. 139, s. 1993, and all previous other memoranda on the matter are hereby rescinded.

For the purpose of the efficient administration of the Office of the Executive Secretary, however, he may delegate such duties and functions or responsibilities to the Deputy or Assistant Executive Secretaries, as he deems fit, in the interest of the public service.1aшphi1

This Order takes effect immediately.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 7th day of July in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-three.
