[ Memorandum Order No. 424, March 26, 1992 ]

AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF ONE THOUSAND (P1,000.00) PESOS CLOTHING ALLOWANCE TO OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT PROPER FOR THE YEAR 1992, PURSUANT TO SEC. 38 OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS OF RA 7180 (GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT FOR CY 1992)

Subject to availability of salary savings, the payment of clothing allowance for CY 1992 to all officials and employees of this Office, whether permanent, casual or contractual is hereby authorized pursuant to Section 38 of the General Provisions of RA 7180.

The office uniform shall conform to the guidelines prescribed in M.O. No. 423.

The Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 14, series of 1991 (Dress Code), shall be Strictly observed and any violation of this Order and the pertinent provisions of the aforecited CSC Memo Circular, shall be Considered as a ground for disciplinary action.<ᇈWᑭHIL/p>

To be entitled to the herein authorized Clothing allowance the employees shall actually be In the service as of the date of the issuance of this Order. Those appointed after September 30, 1992 shall likewise be entitled thereto but only proportionately to the amount of clothing allowance herein aforestated.
