DIRECTING DEPARTMENT SECRETARIES TO DESIGNATE THEIR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT LEGISLATIVE LIAISON OFFICER (DLLO) TO THE CONGRESS

WHEREAS, during the opening of the 9th Congress of the Philippines, the President delivered the State of the Nation underscoring, among others, the legislative agenda of the administration;

WHEREAS, there is an imperative need to closely monitor the progress of administration/certified bills to ensure their passage;

IN VIEW THEREOF, and as adopted under Cabinet Resolution No. 16, series 1988, attached as Annex “A”, all Department Secretaries are hereby directed to designate their respective Department Legislative Liaison Officer (DLLO) to the Congress, who shall have at least the rank of Assistant Secretary.1aшphi1
