ESTABLISHING A “PICK-UP MAIL SYSTEM” IN THE MALACAÑANG RECORDS OFFICE AND REQUIRING ALL HEADS/CHIEFS OF OFFICES AND PRIMARY UNITS TO DESIGNATE SPECIAL MAIL COURIER.

Effective immediately, a “Pick-up Mail System” is hereby established in the Malacañang Records Office in order to minimize delay in the handling of official mails. Each office and primary unit shall be provided and assigned a mailbox with the corresponding Key, Access to the mailbox shall be through the designated special mail courier who shall pick up the mails of their respective offices/ primary units for distribution.1aшphi1

For the proper implementation of the System, all heads/chiefs of offices/primary units are hereby required to designate their respective special mail courier to be submitted to the Malacañang Records Office.
