[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 210, November 29, 1965 ]

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 184, SERIES OF 1956, INSOFAR AS THE SOUTHWESTERN BOUNDARIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAGOHOY, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, ARE CONCERNED.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code, the southwestern boundaries of the municipality of Dagohoy, province of Bohol, as originally fixed and described in Executive Order No. 184, series of 1956, are hereby amended to read as follows:

“From a point marked “7” which is corner 16 of Lot 258-H-176125 of Sixto Tiongson; thence, a straight line running N. 5 deg. 15 min. E. 1235.00 meters to a point marked 7a, and X on coco tree .25 meters near Cawasan Creek; thence, a straight line running N. 16 deg. 45 min. W. 1810.00 meters to a point marked 7b located on Batu Puti; thence, a straight line running N. 32 deg. 00 min. W. 1120.00 meters to a point marked 7c, located on Parka; thence, a straight line running S. 89 deg. 30 min. W. 2787.19 meters to a point marked 8—P, the intersection of line 7c to 5 and line 8 to 9; thence, a straight line running N. 8 deg. 40 min. W. 594.43 meters to a point marked 9. (As described by Ananias M. Putong, Civil Engineer No. 4102, Bureau of Public Highways, based on the map of the municipality of Dagohoy showing portions claimed by the municipality of Carmen situated in the barrios of El Progreso, Montesuerte and Villafuerte, prepared and submitted by the District Engineer of Bohol, on file in this Office, Scale: 1:50,000)

This amends accordingly Executive Order No. 184, series of 1956, insofar as the southwestern boundaries of the municipality of Dagohoy are concerned.
