DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF PALAYAN.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Republic Act No. 4475, the boundaries of the City of Palayan is hereby defined and fixed as follows:

“1. A parcel of land (Lot No. 1, Plan IN-162), situated in the Municipality of Bońgabon. Bounded on the NE. by the property claimed by Herman Shivers; on the SE. and SW. by the public land; and on the NW. by the Provincial Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 60 deg. 01' E., 20190.48 m. from B.L.L.M.
