[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 174, October 05, 1965 ]

DECLARING THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SAN ANDRES IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON AS A MUNICIPALITY.

By operation of the provisions of Section two of Republic Act Numbered fifteen hundred and fifteen, the municipal district of San Andres in the province of Quezon having realized an average annual revenue of more than four thousand pesos for the last four consecutive fiscal years ended June 30, 1963, as certified by the General Auditing Office, is hereby declared and considered fifth class (equivalent to seventh class pursuant to Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and sixty-eight) municipality beginning July 1, 1963.

The conversion of this municipal district into municipality as proposed in House Bill No. 4864 was approved by the House of Representatives.

The present elective municipal district officials shall continue as such officials of the newly declared municipality until the new officials thereof shall have been elected in the next general elections and shall have qualified.
