DISMISSING AUXILIARY JUSTICE OF THE PEACE HILARION CALDERON OF ZARAGOZA, NUEVA ECIJA, FROM OFFICE

After reviewing the report of investigation in the administrative case against Auxiliary Justice of the Peace Hilarion Calderon of Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija, it appears that the respondent is found guilty by the Judge of First Instance who investigated the case, of the following: (1) That the respondent took active part in the general elections of nineteen hundred and thirty-one and nineteen hundred and thirty-five, in violation of the provisions of section four hundred forty-nine of the Administrative Code; and (2) that he was found guilty of unjust vexation against one Josefina Lindain while she was in respondent’s rice mill and sentenced to pay a fine of ten pesos by the District Judge.1âшphi1

In view of the foregoing, and considering the seriousness of the irregularities committed by the respondent, and upon the recommendation of the Undersecretary of Justice, Hilarion Calderon is hereby ordered dismissed from his office as Auxiliary Justice of the Peace of Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija, for the food of the service.
