CALENDAR OF ACTIVITES IN CONNECTION WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OVERSEAS ABSENTEE VOTING ACT OF 2003

Promulgated: 22 September 2003

Pursuant to the powers vested in it by the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, the Omnibus Election Code (B.P. Blg. 881), Republic Act No. 9189 and other election laws, the Commission on Electons RESOLVED to prescribe as it hereby prescribes the following calendar of activities in connection with the implementation of the "Overseas Absentee Voting Act of 2003", for information and guidance of all concerned:

This Resolution shall take effect seven (7) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.lªvvph¡1.ñét

The Education and Information Department, in coordination with the Committee on Overseas Absentee voting, shall cause the publication of this Resolution and shall furnish copies thereof to the Department of Foreign Affairs for ditribution to the different embassies, consulates and other foreign service establishments abroad.
