RESOLUTION No. 6216

IN THE MATTER OF THE AMENDMENT IN THE SCHEDULE OF THE RESUMPTION OF THE CONTINUING REGISTRATION

Promulgated: 18 July 2003

This pertains to the amendment in the schedule of the resumption of the continuing registration.

COMELEC Resolution No. 6248 promulgated 10 July 2003 ordered, among others, the resumption of the filing of applications for registration of voters and transfer of registration records; the processing of the pending applications for registration of voters and transfer of registration records effective August 01, 2003 to September 30, 2003; and the meetings of the Election Registration Boards.

Considering that August 1, 2003 is a Friday, the Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to amend the above schedule if resumption of the continuing registration from August 1, 2003 (Friday) until September 30, 2003 to August 4, 2003 (Monday) until October 31, 2003.lªvvph¡1.ñét

Let the Election and Barangay Affairs Department and the Education and information Department implement this resolution.
